The Sonoff eWeLink Prime Plan adds premium features across the eWeLink suite. It increases standard account capacities and unlocks desktop-based control and integration tools.

Plan Features

  • eWeLink Web: Access and control devices via any web browser on PC or Mac.
  • Keyboard Shortcuts: Map specific keys on your computer to trigger devices or scenes.
  • eWeLink Cast: Create custom dashboards for tablets or wall-mounted displays.
  • IFTTT Support: Link eWeLink to IFTTT (note: IFTTT Pro may be required for more than 3 applets).
  • Capacity Limits:
  • Homes: Up to 10
  • Rooms: Up to 200
  • Scenes: Up to 1000
  • Groups: Up to 200
  • Device Sharing: Up to 200 shares per device.
  • Prime Exclusives: Includes access to the Floor Plan view and the eWeLink MCP Server for AI/natural language integrations.

Terms and Fulfillment

  • Delivery: Activation code sent via email from Qi Systems within 24 hours (weekdays).
  • Refunds: Once the code is issued or activated, the product is non-refundable.
  • Setup: All new device pairing must be completed via the eWeLink mobile application.
